Board Chairman
A seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience. He holds an LLB from the University of Ghana and is certified in Microfinance Practice, bringing strategic leadership and deep industry insight.
LAWYER FREDRICK ASAMOAH
Board Secretary
A legal practitioner and lecturer with specialized expertise in banking law and corporate governance. He holds an LLB, BL and is a senior law lecturer at Central University, Ghana.
SAMUEL KWAKU ADU
Director
An accounting professional with extensive experience in banking operations and risk management and a certified microfinance practitioner.
STEPHEN OFORI
Director
An ACCA-certified accountant with broad cross-industry expertise in financial management, corporate governance and a Microfinance practice.
LAWYER MOSES FOH-AMOANING
Director
A distinguished legal professional and academic with a focus on business and finance law. He holds an LLB, BL, LLM and held the position of a senior lecturer at the Ghana School of Law.
JOSHUA KENEY TEYE
Director / CEO
Holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. A member of the Institute of Chartered Bankers, Ghana (CIBG), and a Certified Expert in Microfinance (CEMF) from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, Germany. He has risen through the ranks in the institution within the past 15 years, demonstrating deep institutional knowledge and leadership continuity.
